These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our car detailing services and website. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Cancellation

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • You must provide accurate contact and location information when booking.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee of 100%.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or staff availability. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you as soon as possible in such instances.

3. Service Details

  • The specific services included in each valet package are detailed on our website and booking confirmation.

  • We will make every effort to provide the service as described. However, minor variations may occur.

  • For mobile valeting services, you are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for our team to work.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle. Any existing damage should be brought to our attention before the service begins.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refund Policy: We offer a 100% refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been booked. To request a refund, please contact us via sam@skdetailers.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. No refunds are provided once the service has been performed, unless there is a significant and demonstrable fault with the service provided, at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is free of personal belongings before the service begins, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged items.

  • You must inform us of any specific requirements or concerns regarding your vehicle.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.   

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.   

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SK Detailers regarding the use of our services.
